Beautiful sibias are active, long-tailed babblers that often join mixed-species flocks in montane forests. They frequently visit flowering trees for nectar and also glean insects from foliage, making them important for both pollination and pest control. Their clear, musical whistles carry through forested valleys, helping groups keep in contact. They are typically shy but conspicuous when foraging along forest edges.
